How to access crew sailing, emergency contact & qualification details

This article explains how to easily access your crew's contact, sailing registration, emergency contact, safety equipment and qualification details.

MySail's Account Settings section provides a simple way for crew to save and share information often required for race registration, including:

• Personal contact details;
• Sailing registration and membership details;
• Emergency contact details;
• Personal safety equipment details; and
• Qualification details (including certificate download).

Yacht owners can view these details by clicking the link from the crew's name in their Crew List or any Event Management page.

Clicking on the crew name opens the Crew Details page for that crew member. 

Here you can select each section to reveal details entered by your crew. If the crew hasn't entered this information, it will say 'Not Provided.'
