How to upgrade your membership

MySail offers a free Member plan as well as premium Crew and Skipper plans that offer additional features.

New members

All new members are automatically started on the free Member plan until they choose to upgrade.

How to upgrade

To upgrade, log into your account and navigate to the Membership page.

You can toggle between Monthly and Yearly to view the different pricing options.

Click the 'Plan Inclusions' drop-downs to view the full inclusions for each plan.

Click Start Trial and select your preferred billing frequency. This will take you to a Stripe* hosted page to enter your credit card details. Once the payment is successfully processed, your account will be upgraded to the premium plan and you will be directed back to the Membership page.

You can use the Upgrade button to upgrade directly to a premium account without the free trial period, however if you do this you will not be eligible for a free trial in the future.

*Stripe is a third party payment system used by MySail to securely process subscription payments.

Free Trials

You can try MySail's premium plans for free with our 14-day free trial.

To access your free trial, click the Start Trial button and enter your payment details. You will not be charged a fee for the free trial period. At the end of the free trial, your subscription fee will be automatically charged to the credit card entered unless you cancel prior to this date.

Each member is only eligible for one free trial. The free trial is not available to members who have or previously had a premium plan.
