How to access premium membership through your sailing club
If your sailing club has a MySail membership, you might be able to access a premium MySail subscription through your club! Reach out to your club to find out if they do, and to get your upgrade code.
The upgrade code provided by your club needs to match your account type which is either Skipper or Crew. Make sure to ask for the correct code and register for the same account type, or change your account type in the Membership page. If you need help, just reach out to use via chat or email support@mysail.team.
To use your upgrade code, simply follow these steps:
- Sign up to a new MySail account here or login to your existing account
- Go to the Membership page
- Scroll down to the section that says 'Upgrade using a club code'
- Click Upgrade
- Enter the code provided by your club and click confirm
That's it! You will now be able to access all of the premium crew or skipper features.
Already have a premium membership? Message us and we can help you cancel /refund any remaining portion of your subscription and move to a premium acount through your club.
